interest in genealogy began many years ago
when I started researching my own family tree.
From
this came an interest in finding out about the origins and meaning of
the Broadis surname
which is a very rare
English surname in my family tree.
Eventually I
developed an interest in the origin and meaning of the many surnames of
the British Isles
and
started a business researching other people's surnames.
